From the moment of arrival in the Day Surgery Unit to departure following a superb round of tea and toast everything was done to the utmost medical professionalism and the complete human compassion package. The surgeon and anaesthetist explained everything clearly, the preparation was done with the minimum of fuss and next thing I knew I was being wheeled back to the recovery area for the aforesaid tea and toast. Surgery itself seems to have been done perfectly with no complications and very short recovery time. My deepest thanks to all involved.
