Waiting times ridiculous they cram in so many appointments you know once you get one after midday it's an hours wait from there and growing, a 4pm appointment is a two hours wait. Receptionist was rude and snappy to everyone who ask how much longer. Think it's insensitive given people could be waiting in bad news to sit and wait for 2 hours makes it such a worse experience. I was booked in for mammogram and then biopsy if required but I went in the room and he went straight for biopsy with no explanation
