I visited the SSSU on 18th November for a tonsillectomy. I had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, all the people I met were lovely, friendly, reassuring, professional, helpful and warm. I am very appreciative of how well I was treated, and also by how well organised the unit is. A big thank you to all involved.
