"Unacceptably extremely long waits for the booked..."

I'm registered with this hospital and 16,5 weeks currently. There are definitely great hardworking people in the maternity department, such as one particular member of staff in Antenatal Clinic, a wonderful personality and seems like the best of the best there, looks like she is the one who does her best to help people and keeps the clinic running, so well done, I do wish everyone been like her... Or a nurse from 2nd floor that takes blood...what a pleasant woman with great sense of humour! Now closer to the subject! Someone has to respond to this review/comment as I saw that the similar one below has still been left without any response from the hospital... the waiting time is 60 mins! Can you believe it? you book your appointment, you arrive sometime earlier and seat and wait like an idiot in that small stuffed by other waiting patients to be seen room! Extremely disorganised system and something has to been done as soon as possible! This makes the whole experience so miserable and this is the reason you start searching for an alternative hospital. We are talking about pregnant women! it is already hard and 60mins wait! Someone please do something about it! people have other commitments, we all work, we take time off work and we have to go back but this makes it impossible! i do hope this huge problem will be resolved this month.
