"vision to a&e and fracture clinic"

I have visited these 2 departments with my 11 year old son in the last 2 days. Everyone we saw were really friendly and helpful. They made sure we understood exactly what was going on and even though my son was an outpatient for a relatively minor injury (broken arm) they all gave the impression that they cared. I know how much pressure front line staff are under and the attitude and professionalism of everyone we saw was commendable.
