"Lost sight and no one seems to care"

About: East Surrey Hospital

Having visited the hospital due to losing my sight in my left eye in October, I have found the following issues:- 1, staff uniformed or unwilling to help. 2, constant excuses about poor IT systems. 3, doctors difficult to understand or advising me that they are a glorified photographer when carrying out X-rays. 4, nurses unable to read doctors handwriting and therefore going to take all blood tests possible. 5, secretary's who use the words "errr and I dont know" every other word. 6, After 6 hours of being passed around various departments to be told to go to my GP and get signed off work by a secretary. 7, Being told due to the swelling to my left eye that I needed a urgent referral on the 28th October only then to be given a referral date of 24th of February. 3 months? Urgent? My main concern is that I am suffering with headaches constantly, a left eye with very limited sight and constantly streaming with tears. I have a full time job which I am struggling to attend and after contacting the numbers provided no one can help or even advise what the issues are.... I am now left trying to rearrange the appointment and have received nothing apart from a recording of ethnic category and general information for patients. How is this going to reassure me or fix my lack of sight... I hold very little hope that this email will be posted or if I will receive any call or response. I really would just like someone to tell me what's going on! If it's not serious tell me rather than expecting me to wait 3 months. I'm happy to speak to anyone who can help. Regards
