"lovely lady"

we visited Basildon Hospital this morning as my father had an appointment at the cardiac department. We were very pleased with the service. We were there approx one hour. The cardiac nurse was very pleasant and thorough. Basildon Hospital sometimes gets bad reviews but we have only ever been pleased with the service. My father is in his 80 s and has visited a few times. Keep up the good work and many thanks to our nurse.
