I had two of my wisdom teeth extracted (one a fairly complex impacted tooth) at the Orchard Centre under general anesthetic on 3rd November 2014. I was pretty nervous as I had never had a general before, and had a traumatic experience with the removal of my other wisdom teeth two years previously. The nurse who admitted me and looked after me in recovery was amazing. Without her the experience would have been so much more stressful. Genuinely the best nurse I've ever met. The surgeons were also lovely, very professional and came to check on me afterwards. The anesthetist explained everything to me in detail and made me feel at ease. All of the other nursing staff were also lovely. Really positive experience of Gloucester Royal (again). Thank you!
