"Trauma & Outpatients"

Following an accident, I had surgery and a 3 night stay at the trauma ward in Jubilee Wing. From paramedics, to surgeons, x-ray, plastics, nurses and porters I had the best treatment from the most genuine and kind people. 5 weeks on and after many trips to the orthopedic outpaitents clinic, the care, kindness and good humour continues. Even the clinic receptionists are pleasant... maybe my GP's receptionist should take note ! I have unfortunately seen a different consultant during each outpatient visit, however I received the upmost of care and attention from each. Thanks and gratitude also to the very efficient and friendly lady in the plaster room whose knowledge and passion for her job are undeniable. My care will contiinue for a number of months yet ... and all this for free. Thank you.
