Lovely staff at the urgent eye clinic. Special thank you to the person who was rushed off her feet but never without a smile on her face for looking after my mum. Also great service at lister a&e before being sent to treatment centre xx

Thanks for the feedback, which we will make sure reach our emergency department and urgent eye clinic colleagues at the Lister as soon as possible. These services are often very busy, so to hear how well you felt that you and your mother were cared for during your recent visit is all the more welcome.
