"great care at a very traumatic and sad time"

About: Medway Maritime Hospital

i should have wriiten this last year. In October last year i was told the most heartbreaking news, at my 12 week scan. my baby was seriously ill and would not survive. I had fantastic treatment from the very start. seeing a consultant the next day, he explained everything to me and my husband, he showed us empathy , and was so kind to us. He then arranged 2 visits to London hospital for further tests. In November i had to give birth to my baby boy, i was 15 weeks pregnant. i was booked in and was looked after by a very caring midwife. Even though it was the worst most heartbreaking time it was made easier by kind and caring staff.
