I was treated by an ambulance crew before taken to this hospital on a stressful but non emergency respiratory problem. I was quickly observed and booked in and then taken to a small room. It was slow but the hospital was busy and I fully appreciated the fact the there were people who were more needed than I was. That said, the treatment I received, was courteous and considerate and the treatment and medicines I received meant I went home that night. I didn't catch the names of all who helped me but would like to take the opportunity to thank them through this review. My faith in the NHS has been more than justified by this Sunday. PS. I slept so well and quietly that night that my wife actually nudged me to make sure I was OK!
