"Pre-Visit Of The Tooth-fairy"

I went to have two top front broken stumps removed plus a broken rear back tooth. I am very fearful of the dentist and due to medical reasons my own dentist decided it would be safer to send me to Stoke Mandeville hospital. O n entering the hospital it was hardly any wait for my procedure. I was a young lady dentist that did the extractions. Apart from the expected ouch from the injections she soon had my stumps removed. Unfortunately I have now broken another front tooth and the stump will have to be removed. I am will be fearful of going but not for the procedure but the taxi fare. PS I am not sure of the dates but I know it was last year....
