"still waiting"

hospital great place if you need medical assistance at unsociable times.thats what you expect but not from musgrove A and E we still waiting almost three hours since we arrived with our infant daughter who has a fever and breathing problems, you would of thought that thus was quite important. but not at Musgrove, we then asked what the situation is for the length of time taken to see our child, with a great response of have you not seen the triage yet........I will look into it with no feedback still waiting at musgrove a histroy of bad customer services and complacency for the sick and injured.
