"A/E Waiting Times"

When is BRI going to adopt a policy to give priority to people with dementia?Having had to visit 3 times in 4 days for a back slab cast to be replaced (patient removed due to illness) we still had to be passed from pillar to post(see earlier post).Book in,wait for doctor,wait for x ray,wait again for doctor wait for cast to be replaced Waiting around in different depts for 4 or more hours is cruel and unjust to people with dementia.Every dept were informed of her illness but nothing was rushed through.Disgusting treatment to our elderly and infirm patients.Come on BRI sort the A/E department out and become dementia friendly.
