About: Harrogate District Hospital

(as a relative),

The one thing the District hospital does not cater for is the above mentioned and the story in the local paper (Patients give mixed ratings to hospital) is one of fantasy. the hospital is only to aware of our problem and the problem of all patients in the above category. they are moved around like pawns and as the senior nurse said to us face to face lasts year more training will be given to nurses. as yet I believe this has not taken place so please look into this problem I look forward to a reply.

I read, with concern, Kenneth's story regarding his relative with Severe Learning Difficulties.

I have passed on this information to the Patient Voice Group at Harrogate District Hospital and this subject has been put on their agenda for consideration in Autumn.

It was to take place in the Autumn. It is to be brought up by Patient Voice Group.

Do I as the parent concerned receive what transpired from the meeting?

The Patient Voice Group have definitely included this issue in their Autumn agenda. I have also spoken with Kevin Jones, the PALS & PPI Manager at Harrogate District Hospital.
