The night staff were brilliant. It's so difficult to sleep when your head is racing with fear and guilt. I was a able to get extra sleeping tablets when I needed them and nobody told me off once. I'm more confident now that my fear and guilt will subside to a level where I can reclaim my life fully. Thank you all.
