"Very impressed with the sleep clinic"

After some negative experiences at York Hospital, I was very impressed with the service I received at the sleep clinic. The outpatient clinic was running to time and the consultant was a delight. He had time to explain everything to me and was very down to earth. The way forward was discussed with me and with my agreement rather than me simply being told what would happen. That made a refreshing change. I left the hospital feeling that I was in good hands and with utter confidence in my consultant.
