While suffering from mental health difficulties, I underwent periods of extreme anxiety. My GP was brilliant - he was patient, understanding and he actually listens! I become very needy when I am ill also, but my doctor never gets impatient. He always takes the time to talk things through. Also he will take into account what I want to do to improve the situation.
