"The friendliest hospital I've ever been to"

I just wanted to take a moment to comment on how exceptionally friendly the hospital staff were yesterday. You take for granted things like cleanliness, you appreciate short airing times - but the unexpected element was how thoroughly friendly and likeable everyone I came into contact with was. From the kind volunteer showing me the way, the receptionist that greeted me, the lady who did my weight height etc and the consultant - everyone was so friendly and kind. Thank you, and please thank your staff - they probably don't realise how much of a difference a friendly conversation and approach to treatment make.
