"Visit to the urology department"

I am extremely fortunate in that I am in good health and rarely see the inside of a hospital. However I have had blood in my water and have had to go to hospital for a check up. The staff could not be more caring in alleviating any fears I might have. The doctor and nurses were great and I find it hard to believe a lot of the negative opinions the hospitals are getting in the media. As for waiting times. I was told the op would be in four weeks and a day later I had call to say I could have the op at Heartlands Hospital in under a week. Now you can't get better service then that.
