"I was not treated with respect"

In March this year I attended UCH for treatment for colitis. On attending my sigmoidoscopy appointment I was ignored and not treated with respect by the clinic receptionist. She did not believe my appointment time that had been changed after refusing my good morning salutation and giving me a blank stare. This made me feel upset and worried about my treatment having spent three hours travelling from Bath. I think she doesn’t like people and clearly this had not been addressed in her training. I’m a great supporter of the NHS and have faith in my treatment, from highly skilled consultants for colitis over the past ten years.
