"Absolutely filthy"

About: Southend Hospital

Whilst I cannot fault any of the staff, as they were very efficient and quick to see my son who is just over a year, this place was just one dirty, absolutely filthy place. We didn't had to wait long, but the thought of having to wait in that dirty a&e just made me feel sick to my stomach. I didn't let my son down on the floor for even a split second for that same reason. It's a shame really, because all it needs done is some regular cleaning.

I am sorry to hear that you felt the area was unclean and will ensure you I will look into this for you, unfortunately without exact details of the time and days I am unable to investigate this fully but will ensure this is monitored and request feedback via the department.
