Really efficient, caring and reassuring service with excellent input from Dr Shenoy - this is what good looks like. A good experience apart from the parking!

Dear Julgb4,

Thank you very much for sharing your experience with us, we have passed your kind words onto Dr Shenoy and the team.

We are sorry that you were disappointed with the car parking. As you are aware, we are a very busy site in the city centre - there just isn't enough parking for everyone. To address this, we are planning to build a new multi-storey for staff at Havelock Street at the end of next year.

In the meantime, we're thankful for your patience:-)
