"The food at the Royal Hallamshire was excellent"

I was in the Royal Hallamshire hospital in April with a very bad chest infection which brought on COPD. I was well cared for in every way. The staff (from the cleaner to doctors) were all marvellous. The food was excellent and a wide choice made it easy to eat which is just what I wanted. I was never left hungry. The wards and the beds were very clean. The only complaint I have is about the car-parking. My partner has COPD and he had to walk quite a long way. One day he just went back home because the parking was too far away for him to walk to the hospital.
