"No bible supplied in the ward"

About: Victoria Hospital / General Medicine

(as the patient),

I attended Ward 13 and I’d left my bible at home. Unfortunately, I couldn't find one in the ward and I was told that they had stopped providing them at the hospital. This was very worrying for me.

I thought it might be a good idea if the ward provided a tablet computer so that people could share and have easy access?

It was just a thought but I wanted to share it!

Dear Off450

Thank you for taking the time to share this and for making a suggestion. Whilst bibles are no longer available in every ward we should have been able to get one for you, as we do have a hospital chaplain who could have been contacted and would have been able to provide this. I will make sure the staff in the ward are made aware of this for the future.

I will pass your suggestion on regarding patients having access to a tablet.

Thanks again for taking the time to post

Regards

Louise Ewing
