"Reassuring paramedics"

About: South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / Emergency ambulance

(as a relative),

After my husband had a stroke, the emergency ambulance team came to collect him. The paramedics – Mark, Steve and Kirst, were excellent and accompanied my husband to hospital.

They were clear about what was going on and took us through every step, which was really reassuring.

They also took us home and the service was very, very good. The crew number was 3201 – I’d just like to thank them.

Dear Fee302

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I hope your husband is recovering well following his stroke.

It is always rewarding to hear that our staff are continuing to provide excellent care to our patients when they need us most.

I would like to pass your kind comments onto the ambulance crew who came to your aid. Would you be able to contact me, laura.martin@swast.nhs.uk or call 01392 453831, at your convenience, with the date and address that the ambulance attended? This would allow me to ensure Mark, Steve and Kirst are recognised for the care they gave.

Thank you again for providing feedback on our service.

Kind regards

Laura
