Received physio on shoulder, given exercises which were explained and demonstrated excellently. Found the print out leaflet showing the exercises really useful (and then “band”) given the option to ring if not progressing (within a month) or still experiencing pain was reassuring and comforting that I did not have to wait and put on another waiting list for a long time for another appointment
