About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS) The Princess Royal Hospital / Physiotherapy

(as the patient),

GP reluctantly referred me for physiotherapy. I was involved in a motorcycle accident in July and injured my shoulder. The join/muscles are painful, particularly when doing certain tasks. Once the referral was made, it was a smooth, efficient process and I was more than satisfied with the service from the TRAQS team and all the hospital staff I came into contact with.
