"Unpleasant experience"

I was sent to A&E after having a tonsillectomy because of an infection and bleeding. Firstly I was extremely unhappy with how the nurses treated me. I am slightly nervous of needles, one of the nurses came in, never spoke to me and stuck a needle in without telling me what she was doing and then just walked off which upset me. Then waited nearly 5 hours to be sent to a room and was hardly checked on. The care on the ward was better but I would still not recommend this hospital to anyone.
