"Put at ease"

About: Crosshouse Hospital / Gynaecology Crosshouse Hospital / Urology

(as the patient),

I visited Crosshouse Hospital, Dr Agur clinic. Parking was terrible. My husband spent quite some time looking for a space.

I was attended to very quickly at the clinic, all the staff were very friendly, and put me at ease.

I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.

Dear Spence,

I can only apologise and sympathise about the parking at Crosshouse, it is a nightmare. There are plans to address the car parking spaces lost by the building works, and this should help. While we are experiencing this nightmare, the positive is that, in time, we will have a fabulous development which will really help deliver services in Ayrshire and Arran.

On a better note, I am very pleased that you were taken quickly and you were pleased with the service you got. Thank you so much for letting us know about your experience, I will pass this to the managers for their information.

Wishing you all the best for the festive season,

Eunice
