"I feel lucky to be treated here"

I've always had excellent and compassionate care from Guy's and Thomas's, with only minor blips, which is less than the general human population, so I could never fault them. I feel lucky to be treated at a major teaching hospital. I'm well aware how different it can be elsewhere. Although the review form requires me to choose a date of my visit, this review is based on a decade of experience at these hospitals.
