"Second visit was a huge improvement"

About: Birmingham Dental Hospital

Visited yesterday on an emergency and the nurse on reception was beyond rude and unhelpful, however, after complaining yesterday when I got home the difference today was unbelievable. The staff were friendly and thoughtful they removed a very stubborn wisdom tooth with beat efficiency, the dentists training was lovely and when the consultant had to take over due to it's stubbornness, they were informative and lovely making sure I was aware if what was going on and at no time was I in pain. I had to be out by a certain time and the staff get me updated on the time and they made sure I made m appointment later that day. I have a real fear of dentists before today, I can say after today. Am hoping this will have gone, thank you all involved .

Thank you for providing us with feedback on your visit to Birmingham Dental Hospital. I am sorry your initial visit was disappointing, and thank you for raising your concerns at the time to allow appropriate action to be taken. I am pleased to read your second visit went well, and staff were thoughtful, attentive and informative throughout your appointment. I hope you are now recovering well from your extraction.
