"Sympathetic and effective treatment"

Had to visit A&E (minor injuries) after a road accident. Was seen by a doctor. He spent a good deal of time investigating my problem(s) and was most helpful describing his thought processes regarding same. After seeing an x-ray, he said he would get confirmation of his diagnosis from a consultant, with the result being phoned in to me by him the following morning. True to his word, he phoned me. Excellent treatment from this dept. and this hospital. All the staff were helpful and welcoming.
