Having had a procedure done today at The Day Teatment Centre I would like to thank all the staff there who looked after me. They were wonderful people who gave excellent care. Professionalism at it's best. As a healthcare professional myself, I was quite anxious about having a general anaesthetic and having the procedure done. It feels very different on the other side!! Everyone made me feel relaxed and comfortable, nothing was any trouble to them. I count my blessings everyday...we have a fantastic NHS and a particularly wonderful hospital in Hexham. Thank you. xxx
