"CT Scan"

About: Countess Of Chester Hospital

I went for a CT scan and found things generally Ok but with some simple changes could be very good. We had to wait around 1h30 after our appointed time due to some emergencies coming in which of course is understandable. However we had no idea or information on the delays and even whether we were still on the waiting list or had been forgotten. Secondly we were waiting ( often in surgical type gowns) in a rather draughty open corridor type area with a mix of women, men and children waiting. Surely this could be separated off (even curtained) in some way and some separation made to minimise embarrassment? The CT scan itself was however carried out very effectively and generally the staff were great!
