My midwife Sonia Carter was absolutely fab. I moved to the area halfway through my pregnancy and my previous midwife was useless compared to the care and support I received from Sonia.
The staff at Princess Anne were kind but I had problems breastfeeding and couldn't move from my bed initally as I had an epidural and no-one from the breastfeeding babes would come and help which was quite upsetting as I felt quite alone.
My sister had a baby 2 months after me and had a great experience. Overall the support I received from my midwife was absolutely fantastic but I felt I needed more support whilst in hospital which I don't feel I received.
