I went for my pre-op appointment it was for 8.30am I arrived at 8.10 by 8.12 I was seen by an HCA forms filled in 8.25 off to see Nurse 9.15 am all done ringing for a lift to go home, just waiting for a date for my knee replacement. hope it is really soon. Fantastic service.

Dear Pat Thank you for sharing how efficient you found the Orthopaedic Pre-assessment clinic to be. It is always rewarding to hear when everything runs smoothly and to plan and I hope the rest of your treatment is just as efficient.
