Ambulance number 612, manned by Andre and Steve, attended my workplace at the weekend to attend a resident who had hurt her head in a fall. They were so professional, compassionate, caring and cheerful. My resident received great attention from the crew, including a hairwash to remove blood and making the elderly lady comfortable emotionally and at ease with the situation. Nothing was too much trouble for Andre and Steve.
