"I cannot praise the staff enough"

About: Borders General Hospital / Gynaecology Borders General Hospital / Urology

(as the patient),

I was referred to the BGH by my GP. She made the referral on a Thursday evening, I received my appointment, in the post, on the Saturday, and was seen the following Thursday. One week! That would rarely happen in some of the bigger hospitals in Scotland. From the reception staff, to the nurses, and not forgetting the consultant, the standard of care was amazing. I was quite nervous about the procedure that I needed, but, the staff were so understanding and compassionate. I cannot praise the staff enough.
