About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS) The Princess Royal Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

I was asked by telephone (within a week) if I would like an evening appointment to see Mr Summers. I accepted this appointment and it was confirmed by text message. On arriving for my appointment I was dealt with efficiently and politely. My consultation with Mr Summers as always, a very helpful and positive experience. It is always a pleasure to be seen by him.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us of your recent referral experience. I am pleased to hear that you were seen promptly and wish you well for the future.

The Princess Royal Hospital is unable to respond to postings in Patient Opinion but I am sure that if you wish to write to the hospital to convey your thanks it would be received well. The PALS office at PRH can accept all feedback, whether positive or negative and pass it on to the relevant person/department.
