About: Rowley Hall Hospital Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

Absolutely amazing treatment overall, in admission, OPD and physio.

Treated with respect and dignity and nothing was too much trouble. Explanations to all aspects of care were second to none. I felt comfortable and it was a pleasure to see such committed staff 10/10.

I would not hesitate to use Rowley Hall in the future, both as an NHS patient and a private one. Excellent aftercare, exemplary service even down to the nurse who removed my clips/stitches. She made me feel relaxed and saved me money by telling me about the bus service! ! Fantastic! !

I am really pleased to read such positive feedback. It's good to hear of the patient's experience as generally we book the appointment but do not have any feedback in relation to the specific experience of treatment.

As local hospitals struggle with capacity issues and patients have to wait longer for an appointment it is good to know that there are excellent alternatives available if a patient is willing to travel a little further for an earlier appointment.
