"Poor waiting times at Sheffield university health service"

I have had to see a doctor a few times this year and every time I visit the university health service, the amount of time you have to wait to see a doctor is unbelievable. Also when you need to speak to the receptionist, the amount of time that you need to wait in the que is disgusting.

You sometimes expect to have to wait a few minutes here and there since different patients have different needs, however I have had a few instances where I have had to wait over 15 minutes (after my booked time) to see a doctor, and the other day I had to wait nearly HALF AN HOUR, after the time I arranged my appointment for, to be called in!

I am certinally not the only person to feel this way, the service had a 'general practice and assessment questionnaire' that is on their website that says that patients have commented about this before. Interestingly however this survey was carried out between December 2007 and February 2008, I wonder how long THEY are going to WAIT until they start making some changes?
