I cannot thank Inclusion Matters enough. Meeting with Katy recently made a huge difference – and supported me to think and feel differently about myself and my circumstances. I have made changes which have improved my health and how I approach my individual circumstances.

My sessions with Katy have been invaluable. I feel better than I have felt in over a year. The suggestions Katy and I went through eased me to get well again (something I didn’t see happening), call friends, see family, eat really well and make some time for myself – something that had been a priority.

It's great to hear that you found your sessions with Katy so helpful and that they have made a huge difference to your life. Making changes such as looking after yourself, keeping in touch friends and finding time for yourself are all really important to maintain your well-being.
