When I attended Rosehealth Clinic for blood tests ordered by my GP, I was slightly nervous (as I think many people are) about the process. The health worker who administered the test (Hestey! ) showed incredible skill and had a pleasant reassuring manner. I considered phlebotomy admin to be a very responsible task and would like to think that those who excel at this task should have their skills recognised.
