Hi

I am always very happy with the Options service from booking an appointment to the reception service, waiting times, environment and doctors. However can you tell me what steps you are taking to ensure that sick people can park in the car park?

I am very unhappy that people use it to park and go shopping + it appears there is nothing to avoid this.

Thank you for your positive comments about the Options Service. We are one of many health services that are run out of the Health Centre but unfortunately we do not have any jurisdiction over the centre itself or facilities including car parking. Staff and patients have been advised to raise their concerns about inapropriate parking with the site manager at St Chads Health Centre.
