I rarely use any medical services and count myself fortunate in enjoying generally good health. So when something happens I am not sure what to expect. My referral came through fairly quickly and in the time-scale expected. Received an automated confirmation of my appointment by text reminder, very useful. Seen on time and directed to the ultrasound scan department then referred to see the consultant, Dr Houghton Very pleasant, greeted and fully informed of my results. Hopefully all ok. A lovely receptionst Glenys. Easy to find my way to the relevant departments so the signage is good. Overall a very efficient and pleasing visit
