About: Royal Preston Hospital

It is impossible to get through to Apointments or the Secretaries or anyone in the team! No one answers the phone! Ive been trying for over 1/2 hour now, after twice being put through to the wrond extension completely by switchboard.

We were sorry to read of your experience and can fully appreciate how frustrating it is for your patients when there is a lengthy delay in the telephone being answered, or they are transferred to the wrong individual/department. Please be assured that your feedback has been shared with both the General manager for the Orthopaedics Directoate and the Telecoms Manager to enable them to raise these concerns with their staff.
