(as the patient),

I have nothing but praise for the Doctors and staff of the orthopaedic ward, B1 at Russell's Hall Dudley.

The short time you are there, everything seems to run smoothly, even if there are a few problems that crop up. The team from Drs, nurses and the superb physiotherapist dept. It's like a well oiled machine. Well done everyone.
