"Outstanding level of care at St Johns Hospital Livingston"

About: St John's Hospital / General Surgery

(as the patient),

I was admitted in September 2014 for an operation for melanoma.

I was in Ward 18 and would like to pass on my great thanks for the treatment received from Cameron Raine, and all his team. Particular thanks to Sandra Oswald for her treatment whilst in hospital and also her patience, understanding and guidance on changing dressings etc. when I was out on a Pass

I was in for 8 days and the level of care was outstanding. I was let out on a pass after that and returned 2 or 3 times a week to have wounds etc assessed and the standard of care never dropped for the remaining weeks of my care.
